Approved affiliates may earn commissions for referrals to CSI retreats, Oracle Decks, and consulting engagements. Consulting referrals earn a flat referral fee. Product and retreat referrals earn percentage-based commissions.
Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate codes and approved referral links.
Early affiliates may be invited into the CSI Founder’s Circle, which offers enhanced commission rates in recognition of early partnership and trust. Founder’s Circle access is limited and available for a short initial window or until capacity is reached. Rates are locked in for approved affiliates in good standing.
Founder’s Circle rates are:
Locked in for the life of the affiliate relationship. Non-transferable. Subject to good standing.
Retreat referrals: 25%
Physical products: 15%
Consulting referrals: $75 flat referral fee
Retreat referrals: 20%
Physical products: 10%
Consulting referrals: $50 flat referral fee

If a referral forgets to enter a code, affiliates may notify CSI within 7 days for manual attribution.
Commissions are calculated on net sales (excluding taxes and shipping). Rates are confirmed upon approval. Affiliate commissions are paid monthly for completed, non-refunded engagements.
